About the Course

Among its many challenges, the pandemic brought about an increase in consumer credit disputes. This included confusion around the application of the CARES Act, which affected reporting of many consumer credit trades. All of this made for a path ripe for proliferating credit repair services.

During this two-part series, we explore what credit repair is, digging into examples of how it shows up in practice, and approaches for supporting consumers with disputing inaccurately reported debts.
