Learn more about how the U.S. credit system works, why credit building matters, how reports & scores are generated, the role debt plays in credit building, and how to put your participants' goals at the center of their personal credit building strategies.
You'll also receive access to tools and worksheets you can use with participants, as well as links to valuable resources provided by other well-respected industry experts.
Once you finish the course, you'll also be granted free access to CBA's participant-facing Credit Building 101 curriculum, a set of presentations, guides, activities, and more designed especially for you to use with the participants you serve. To complete the course, you'll attend three live sessions:
Monday, Oct. 23, 1-4 pm Eastern
Tuesday, Oct. 24, 1-4 pm Eastern
Wednesday, Oct. 25, 1-4 pm Eastern
Within a week after the last session, videos of all three sessions, as well as required additional exercises, all the course resources, and the required quizzes, will be available on the course page on the Training Institute website. Closed captioning and transcripts will be available during live sessions and will be included with each video lesson.
You'll have six (6) months from the date the videos go live to complete all required activities in the Training Institute. If you do not complete the course within six (6) months, you will lose access and will be unable to complete it. You will not receive the certificate or access to the participant-facing curriculum. We are not able to grant extensions, exceptions, or refunds should you not complete the course in the allotted time, so please plan to complete the course on schedule.
