Master Trainers should definitely schedule their first session with practitioners and staff at their own organizations. It is usually a great way kick off your facilitation skills and practice in a more safe environment. I am sure colleagues will be very impressed by what they learn and can give honest feedback on your training and suggestions before you head out to facilitate the training to other organizations in your community.
