Staff Capacity

When implementing a small dollar consumer loan product, it is essential to develop capacity and buy-in at all levels of the organization. In this course, you will explore how to build commitment throughout your organization, achieve personal and proactive servicing, and identify the resources needed to meet regulations and implement consumer-facing services.

This course includes six video modules and one quiz module. Some video modules include flashcard reviews for practice. The final module is a 10-question course quiz. You must receive a score of 100% to pass the module. You may retake the final quiz as many times as needed.
