When offering a small dollar consumer loan product, it is essential to have a consistent foundation of lending policies and procedures. In this course, you will use real examples, interactive exercises, and presentations to explore how develop policies and procedures that manage your organization’s risk preferences, ensure compliance, and are responsive to your lending goals.

This course includes eight video modules and one quiz module. Some video modules include flashcard reviews for practice. The final module is a 10-question course quiz. You must receive a score of 100% to pass the module. You may retake the final quiz as many times as needed.
